From Aardvark to Zorilla

Archie is an author-illustrator based in Wiltshire. He developed a passion for art at a young age and took a shining to watercolour and pen sketches. Archie's work typically features landscapes and animals, reflecting his love of the natural world. 

 

What started as a hobby developed into something more when holidaying in Devon during the summer of 2021 when Archie decided to accompany some watercolour paintings of animals with whimsical, fact-filled poems. From Aardvark to Zorilla was born - as was his newfound passion for writing and illustrating children's books. 

 

Archie Leng Illustration strives to preserve the charm of traditional mediums. By embracing classic techniques, Archie aims to create timeless works of art that distinguish themselves in an increasingly digital illustrative era.
